Pat Duffy has worked exclusively providing coaching other professional services to business owners in Ireland since 2016. Pat is a certified business coach and an ICT industry veteran. From 2016 to 2023, Pat owned and operated a franchise with the global leader in business owner peer board and coaching services. He took the opportunity to make his business fully independent in September 2023. Pat has developed his own unique approach based on certified coaching practise, facilitated business owner peer groups, a previous career in technology companies and widely used management best practise principles. Pat has lived and worked in 4 different countries. He spent 22 years in Ireland and internationally with Ericsson having started his career there as one of the country’s first generation of software developers in 1985. He ended his corporate career as an Executive Director of Consulting for CSG International in Dubai. Pat’s own personal and business vision is built around helping people and their teams to grow and develop along with their businesses.
